Alison and Hunter bring different but complementary strengths: operational strategy and systems on one side; clarity, reflection, and human transformation on the other.
Together, they created Xponential Mentor to support leaders who want more than generic coaching, more than tool tutorials, and more than surface-level business advice.

Alison A. Stewart

Alison brings decades of leadership, operations, systems and strategy experience to Xponential Mentor. With a foundation in biomedical engineering and senior management across complex organizations, she sees the whole business: how decisions, people, systems, revenue and technology affect one another.
She helps established leaders identify constraints, simplify complexity and build a business that can grow without everything depending on the owner. Her work combines rigorous thinking with practical implementation, including the thoughtful use of AI where it creates genuine business value.

H. Hunter Dickson

Hunter creates the conditions for meaningful conversation. She asks questions, notices connections, invites different ways of seeing and helps the intelligence between people emerge. Her work explores what becomes more valuable about being human as intelligence becomes abundant.
In private conversations, salons, Socratic Circles and gatherings, Hunter helps people examine questions of trust, discernment, belonging, relational wealth and the future we are choosing. She does not arrive simply to give answers. She helps make a better conversation possible.
